How do you ship packages?

We provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia by ePacket, EMS and USPS depending on the weight and size of the product.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.


What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is calculated in business days which exclude Sundays and holidays. We ship out from multiple international warehouses.  It depends on the location and product. Some products may require some handcrafting work in advance, that will delay the shipping by a few days.

  • North America: 2 – 4 Business Weeks
  • Europe: 3 – 6 Business Weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2 – 4 Business Weeks
  • Asia Pacific: 2 – 5 Business Weeks
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 3 – 5 Business Weeks
  • North Africa and the Middle East: 3 – 5 Business Weeks
  • Sub-Saharan Africa: 4 – 6 Business Weeks

Unites States: Depending on the warehouse, demand and current stock, it usually takes 12-24 Business Days, until you’ll receive your order. Your parcel has to travel around the entire globe. We are trying to expand and open new warehouses.

For European countries, we would like to state that we are GDPR compliant. 

We apologize for any inconveniences that may occur, such as remote location delivery, product out of stock, natural calamity or political interludes.

Please note that we will ship out your products only after you have paid for the additional service. Once the shipment is out, it will be difficult for us to change the Delivery Service.


I was not available at the time of delivery to my doorstep. Can I get my product now?

Our first suggestion is that you provide your work address during checkout or an address that you feel someone will be available to receive during work hours or a PO Box number. If you are unavailable in the first delivery attempt, you will be contacted by the courier company. If you are unable to receive the delivery, your order will be on hold. Please get in touch with us via Email for a remedy in any such case.



We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.


Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.


Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
